Elizabeth Morgan

Elizabeth is retired from 40 years in the health care food service industry. A Registered Dietitian, she worked as a consultant and food service director for nursing homes, director of clinical nutrition for a large teaching hospital, and surveyor team leader for the NM Department of Health, Bureau of Licensing and Certification. She also taught food service courses to junior and senior dietetic students at Indiana University. Elizabeth was a board member of the Southern Indiana Health Systems Agency, on the Board of Directors of Citizen’s Bank (Tucumcari, NM), and is treasurer of the Zia Hospice and HomeCare Foundation (Albuquerque) board. She recently completed a six-year term, three years as chair, on the Committee on Ministry for the Presbytery of Santa Fe. Elizabeth holds a Bachelor of Science degree from New Mexico State University and a Master of Science degree from Texas Tech University. Elizabeth is an Elder at Immanuel Presbyterian Church in Albuquerque and sings in the Chancel Choir. As a native New Mexican, she has long known of Menaul School’s commitment to excellence and is honored to now serve on the Board.
