Lucas is a third generation Menaul graduate. Born and raised in Questa, New Mexico, and the youngest of four, he was humbled and privileged to carry on the tradition of attending the Menaul School as his father and Grandmother did as a boarding student. With a strong foundation from his education at Menaul, Lucas received his Bachelor of Business Administration degree from New Mexico State University where he graduated with honors.

Inspired by his grandparents as entrepreneurs he developed a true passion for business. He is currently a small business owner and President of Ambitions Consulting Group in Albuquerque. Ambitions is a diverse organization consisting of professional services focused on helping small and medium businesses achieve their potential through solutions such as operations management to technology as well as marketing and document management through his newest venture, Execution Document Solutions. Prior to forming Ambitions, Lucas joined his brother and helped to found and build the law firm of Robles, Rael & Anaya, P.C., where he continues to serve as Director of Operations.

He strongly attributes the values and lessons that have helped him succeed in life directly to the unique experiences and educational foundation from attending Menaul as well as the close guidance of his parents and family growing up in a small, close-knit community.
