Director of Food Services

Laurie moved to Albuquerque from Maine eleven years ago. Although she misses the ocean she loves the Sandias. After being a special education teacher for eighteen years, Laurie switched careers. She attended CNM's Culinary Arts program and is now the Menaul Breakfast Cook and Baker. Laurie brings her joy of cooking and baking to the students, faculty, and Volunteers in Mission each day. She especially enjoys baking treats for holidays and special Menaul events. Laurie is a true example of , "Its never too late to follow your bliss."
