Rebecca Toevs

Director of Admission

Rebecca is in her second year at Menaul School as the Director of Admission. She earned her B.A. in Education from the University of Idaho in 1977, an M.A. in Curriculum and Instruction from Boise State University in 1978, and a Ph.D. in Educational Administration from the University of New Mexico in 1985. Rebecca has over 30 years of experience in the field of education and personnel administration. She most recently served as the Director of Admission at Bosque School, an independent school in Albuquerque, for eight years following two years as the Director of Annual Fund Programs. She taught school for eight years in Idaho and New Mexico and worked for the New Mexico State Personnel Office as a Hearing Officer and Personnel Research Psychologist.

Rebecca and her husband, Tom, have two daughters. Their oldest, Courtney, graduated from the University of Idaho in 2009, with a degree in finance, and is now working and residing in Denver, Colorado. Their youngest daughter, Niquel, is currently a junior at the University of Idaho, majoring in business. They enjoy spending time together as a family skiing, golfing, and traveling.
