Tuition and Fees

Tuition – $13, 500
The tuition covers the cost of academic instruction and the use of textbooks. Other fees may be incurred for laboratory courses, standardized tests, and extra curricular sports equipment. Tuition for the 2011-2012 academic year will be announced in February, 2011.

Sibling Discount – 10% of tuition
A sibling discount in the amount of 10% will be awarded to full-pay families for each enrolled child after the first.

Registration Fee – $500.00
All students, new and returning, are required to pay a non-refundable registration fee. For newly accepted students, this fee is due upon enrollment. For returning students, this fee is due upon re-enrollment. This fee provides for part of the costs of recruitment, student insurance, administrative costs, and processing and set-up charges. The registration fee is not part of the basic tuition.

Activity Fee – $400.00
The activity fee provides your student with a Menaul School yearbook, student entrance to regular season, Menaul sponsored athletic events, and transportation for most field trips.

TORRP (Tuition Obligation Relief/Reimbursement Plan) – $300.00
The TORRP fee provides the parent/guardian with discounted, pro-rated tuition reimbursement should the student be withdrawn (student withdrawal) from school during the period of the contract. The TORRP fee is non-refundable and is mandatory for all students with a payment plan.



ADDITIONAL FEES (Not included in tuition)

New Student Application Fee – $35
The application fee must be paid as part of the admission process to Menaul School.

Financial Aid Application Fee – $35
Families applying for financial aid must pay this fee submitted directly to School and Student Services (SSS) for Financial Aid. The fee is non-refundable. Only one fee is required even when a student may be applying to multiple schools.

Uniforms and Lunch Program
Uniforms are required and are purchased through an independent vendor. Students may opt to buy lunch on campus or bring a lunch from home.


TUITION PAYMENT OPTIONS

Option A: Payment in Full
One payment in full - Due June 20, 2010

Option B: Two Payment Plan
First payment - Due June 5, 2010 or June 20, 2010
Second payment - Due November 5, 2010 or November 20, 2010

Option C: Ten Payment Plan
Ten monthly payments (June–May) to be paid on the 5th or 20th of each month.

Please note:
Registration, Activity, and TORRP fees (if applicable) for all students, regardless of the payment plan selected, are due on March 1, 2010.

If payment is being made on either the “two payment” or “ten payment” plans, all payments go through FACTS Tuition Management System. In addition, TORRP insurance is required for either payment plan.
