The Instrumental Music program is alive and growing here at the home of the Panthers. With its humble start of only a handful of students several years ago, the Menaul Band has grown to become one of the premier instrumental ensembles at the school. Instrumental music opportunities for Menaul students include the Middle School Beginning and Vanguard Bands, Upper School Jazz Combo as well as Guitar classes. Music instruction at Menaul provides students with essential training in the process of learning a musical instrument, which in turn educates students in areas they will use for the rest of their lives, such as skill building, self discipline and excellence in achievement. All instrumental classes give the students many performance opportunities throughout the year, both on the Menaul stage, and in the community.
