How do I apply for a position?
Simply send an to the email to Catharine Jones or call 505.341.7252 and state your qualifications and availability, giving a snail address and phone number, sharing any information which would help Menaul determine how to best utilize your skills and talents. Attach a resume detailing work history and experience. As common interests are pursued, you will be interviewed (by phone) by Mr. Gilbert and a current Menaul School volunteer.
If I choose to come by plane/train/bus, can someone pick-me-up?
Yes, arrangements can be made with adequate notice.
If I make a 6-month commitment, I will need a change of season clothing. Can I ship packages?
Yes, send boxes to: Menaul School, ATTN: (your name), 301 Menaul Blvd N.E., Albuquerque, NM 87107 Boxes will be waiting in your room when you arrive.
What about mail?
Simply submit a Change of Address to your local Post Office stating start and end times. Mailboxes are provided for volunteers.
Is the communal living area coed?
There is a mix of married couples plus single males and females residing in Teacher’s Hall. However, the bedroom assigned will be private.
